In addition to the Roos joining up with the guys from Swindon to form the Regional Roos for this year's ANZAC Cup, four British Roos were selected to play for the British Bulldogs.

Wildcats triumph in first Trans-Atlantic Challenge Cup (8th April 2006)
Conditions at King's Meadow could not have been better for the inaugural Trans-Atlantic Challenge Cup. The IX Europe Reading Kangaroos hosted the Atlanta Kookaburras, the Copenhagan Barracudas and the West London Wildcats in a round-robin tournament, an idea born from the Roo's trip to Atlanta last April. Roos confirm entry to BARFL Regional League for 2006 season (16th March 2006)
After looking through the squad available for the season, the Roos committee made the decision to apply to join the Regional League in 2006. Despite a promising first year in the London Premiership and the widespread desire to continue in that arena, the squad could not realistically support a competitive team at the 18-a-side higher standard. The Roos hope to use this year as a building block, introducing new players to the game and developing the squad so we can bounce back at the first opportunity.
